Led frontend architecture and full-cycle development for a multi-role event planning SaaS platform built with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

Overview
NXTEVNT is a large-scale event planning platform supporting planners, guests, vendors, clients, and administrators inside one product. I led frontend architecture and drove the application from early build phase through beta launch.
Role
As Lead Frontend Engineer, I owned frontend technical direction, component architecture, state management strategy, SSR and routing decisions, and performance optimization across the platform.

Product Complexity
The product required handling complex role-based workflows across multiple user types, balancing usability, consistency, and maintainability while supporting a rapidly evolving product surface.
Collaboration
I worked closely with designers, backend engineers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable frontend systems and ship features with strong UI consistency.

Impact
This work demonstrates senior-level frontend leadership: setting architecture, guiding implementation standards, reviewing code, mentoring contributing developers, and delivering a polished beta-ready SaaS experience.
